摘要：
In order to improve teaching management in Chinese universities, which includes increase teaching quality and effectiveness as well as train high qualified specialists, general management theories can be applied. In this paper, the author firstly discusses the relationship of management science and teaching management, and then analyzes key factors affecting teaching management. At the end of the paper, a conceptual model are provided to improve teaching management in Chinese universities.
