摘要:
A high-efficiency two-inductor boost converter is simulated and implemented with Single Pole Double Throw Switch. The converter operates as two-phase interleaved boost converter at ac low line input and as a single-boost converter with two series-connected inductors at ac high line input, utilizing two inductors and switching components. The converter topology is operated with Single Pole Double Throw Switch (SPDT) Relay. The converter is a solution for high-efficiency and other power-factor-correction applications. It provides a power factor of 0.8583, which is 100% improvement compared to boost converter. This converter is implemented with PID controller for better voltage stability.
