摘要
Surfaces modified C-60 with different polymer chains can be made into stable and ordered thin films by Langmuir-Blodgett or self-assembly techniques. The microtribological properties of C-60-containing polymer thin films on mica with different chemical structures, chain lengths and number of layers were investigated using AFM/FFM. The result showed that rigid C-60 molecules in the film have load-bearing capacity, the friction properties depend strongly on the number of film layers and chain lengths.
