摘要
A bibliometric study on pesticide residues in wines has been carried out by analysing files extracted from the SciVerse Scopus database. The collection of publications covers the last 57 years. A total of 732 studies have been the subject to statistical analysis in order to carry out this study. The results show that from the year the study began to the present, the number of publications per cycle has been progressively increased, with English being the language of the majority. With a value of 47.5%, the Price index shows that the field covered by the study of pesticide residues in wine is far from being obsolete. The author's performance and journal's analysis followed the Lotka's Law. The authors who have contributed the most in the field of this study have been Cabras, P. and Oliva, J., both with 19 publications. The most notable journals in terms of number of articles published are "Journal of Chromatography A", with 44 and "Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry" with 37. The United States is the leader in the study of pesticide residues in wines, having published a total of 184 papers throughout the study following by Italy and Spain. With regard to keyword analysis, it can be concluded that the current trend in this field of research is the analysis of fungicides in the vineyards using high-resolution liquid chromatography.
