Synthesis and Fungicidal Activity of Substituted N-(Alkoxy)-1-(3-pyridinyl)methanonimines

摘要
A number of new substituted N-(alkoxy)-1-phenyl- and N-(alkoxy)-1-cyclohexyl-1-(3-pyridinyl)methanony mines were prepared by reacting the corresponding N-hydroxyl derivatives with benzyl chloride under phase transfer catalysis in a 10% NaOH-benzene system, as well as with 1-bromohexane and bromocyclohexane in DMF in the presence of NaH. The fungicidal activity of the obtained compounds was studied in vitro towards phytopathogenic fungi Venturia inaequalis, Rhizoctonia solani, Fusarium oxysporum, F. moniliforme, and Helminthosporium sativum.
