摘要：

At present, university students' employment is still a hotspot of social attention, and one of key challenges of college students' work. The employment situation of Female College Graduates is still severe, especially those students from universities of science and technology. This paper surveyed Female College Graduates of different majors from Shandong Jiaotong University, analyzed the employment psychology of those female students, and put forward proposals of psychological guidance for the employment of female college graduates from universities of science and technology.
