Analysis of the Employment of Graduates from Universities in Jinan under the Financial Crisis

The financial crisis made the employment situation of university graduates become more and more severe. The survey of the employment condition of the graduates from the university in Jinan shows that the amount of labor used by enterprises has reduced evidently. The division of the labor market and the change of the employment environment are also important reasons except for the disqualification of the graduates or their too high expectation for the future work. Government should devote to breaking the institutional division of the labor market, take measures to promote the disclosure, transparency and abundance of the employment information, encourage the graduates to set up their own business, strengthen the employment guidance for the graduates so as to improve their employment ability.
