摘要：

The need to value sports management of the trainers, coaches and the people in charge of the junior players of football teams has led us to develop a general valuation model for football players. We propose a methodology that allows us to achieve that objective; starting from the point that the existence of objective figures is not enough for valuation to be determined. The fact that the valuation of football players presents a high level of subjectivity and fuzziness, has led us to propose a new methodology based on a questionnaire that will be presented to experts on this subject.
