摘要
The Adaptive Multirate Wideband(AMR-WB) speech codec was standardized by the Third Generation Partnership Project(3GPP) for providing wideband speech service. DSP has played a dominant role in development of digital speech coding with high clock speed and low power consumption. In this paper, we describes the real-time implementation of AMR-WB speech coder using 16bit fixed point TMS320C5509 DSP that has dual Multiply-and-Accumulate(MAC) units.
