摘要
Fe-metalloid-based nanocrystalline soft magnets are known to be excellent soft magnetic materials. In this work, we have synthesized (Fe,Co)(87)(P7-xC1Bx)(13) alloys with a high saturation magnetization (Bs) and investigated their magnetic properties and microstructures. As a result, we have successfully obtained a high saturation magnetization of Bs similar to 1.85T at the compositions of (Fe,Co)(87)(P1C1B6)(13) and (Fe,Co)(87)(C1B7)(13). The B addition is found to increase the saturation magnetization through increasing the volume fraction of nanocrystalline alpha-Fe whereas simultaneous additions of B and P are found to be effective in the grain refinement, resulting in low coercivity.
