Improved performance of the combine cleaning system due to an additional transversal oscillation

摘要
A modified cleaning system with an additional transversal oscillation should improve the performance in comparison with conventional cleaning system. The additional transversal oscillation leads to three-dimensional motion trajektories. Therefore the rate of glide way at conveyed way and the mean glide speed are increased. An increase of these separation process parameters is positiv for the separation process. The remaining separation process parameters are not influenced. A whole-numbered frequency ratio of additional and existing oscillation can achieve a transversal conveyance relativ to the usual direction of conveyance. The transversal conveyance is depends on phase-offset of both oscillations. If not a whole-numbered frequency ratio of additional and existing oscillation rate is used no transversal conveyance exists.
