摘要：

In the condition that three rural questions being paid more and more attentions and new socialist countryside is building, the rural informatization is being concerned by many communities, and has also becoming the focus of scholars. Rural informatization is a comprehensive concept which related the field of science and technology and the fields of social science. This paper discussed the concept of rural informatization and analyzed some basic issues of rural informatization in the economic perspectives. Then answer these basic issues of rural informatization and put forward the policy recommendations.
