摘要：
In Romania, since 2008 there is a possible variant of the code of corporate governance that seeks to bring transparency in the financial situation. In the field of corporate governance in the national context there aren't a lot of studies, because the regulations regarding this subject are missing. Prior to looking into the corporate governance discussion in detail, it first has to be established what precisely is meant by the term "corporate governance".
