Flexible demand response (DR) like price-elastic load (PEL) is an effective option to firm demand curve by shifting peak load to valley time periods. The relationship between shifted load and electricity price variation can be represented by the price elastic matrix. In this paper, a novel pricing strategy with flexible demand response for integrated electricity-natural gas system (IEGS) is demonstrated. It aims at deciding optimal day-ahead time-of-use electricity price to maximize social benefits on both supply and demand sides, while satisfying customers with certain evaluation index. To achieve the information privacy and independent decision-making between electricity and natural gas network, the operation strategy is solved by ADMM in distributed pattern to achieve fully decentralization. The nonlinear and nonconvex natural gas network are converted into second-order cone constraints to guarantee the convexity of the proposed model. Sequential optimization method (SOM) is adopted to drive the relaxed constraints exact. Simulation tests on 6-bus-6-node IEGS and 118-bus-10-node IEGS validate the effectiveness
