The policy networks can enlighten ideas that can solve the current social problems and contradictions under the background of increasingly fierce conflict of interests. So it has come to the core of the study on public policies in recent years. At present, the macro-control policy for China's real estate has become the focus of the public. Therefore, using the policy networks to formulate and analyze the policy which is of realistic significance. The method can thus provide reasonable and interpretable frame which is of far reaching importance for China's real estate price.
