Computer aided design and drafting of economizer

Predominantely, thermal recovery is the best way to save fuel. An economiser is one of the equipments of heat recovery system to be introduced in the path of hot flue gases. There are numerous parameters to be referred of variable nature, which consumes a lot of time to design an unit economiser manually. Adoption of CAD technique is proved to be one of the best ways to minimize the design cycle time. This paper discusses about the computer program developed for design and drafting of a Cast Iron Gilled Tube Inline Economiser for the Bagasse fired boilers.
