A composite cavity QED system deepening the strong coupling regime

摘要
We propose a composite cavity quantum electrodynamics system in which the resonant structure consists of a metal nanoparticle and a whispering-gallery microcavity. The system enables more than 100-fold enhancement of the cooperativity parameter.
