摘要：
Synergy innovation behavior is important form for cluster's enterprises and external environments. The change of external environment influences not only cluster's enterprises situation but also internal structure and behavior. Good external environment is necessary for synergy innovation behavior of cluster's enterprises. In this paper, a model of synergy innovation behavior between cluster's enterprises and external environment is set up according to the principles of the knowledge of population ecology, contact the theory of complex adaptive system. The paper pays much attention to synergy innovation behavior adaptive mechanism.
