摘要：
Build the respective regional innovation system, and improve the regional innovation ability is the only way to promote the coordinated development of regional economy. Make full use of regional innovation system to promote regional economic development and in harmony with the national innovation system of strategic targets has become an important subject. This paper studies the practical significance of the development of the northeast regional innovation ability, puts forward the solutions of the northeast regional innovation ability, the concrete measures of perfecting and improving the region innovation system, and promotes the development of region.
