摘要：

Through the analysis of formation factors and characteristics of the northeast regional culture, the paper constructed a scientific way to reform it. And with the analysis of the unique history, developing context, geographical environment, climate and other diverse elements of the northeast, the paper summarizes that the northeast culture has a value orientation of contented mind and doing reasonable things, has a cultural mind of emphasizing daily experience and neglecting rational science, and has a way of practice that emphasizing social relations, neglecting personal capacity and relying on the system. With this paper, the author tried to find the cultural driving force for economic development of Changchun-Jilin-Tumen Pilot Zone.
