摘要
The fully digital multi-carrier demodulator for the SpaceMux(TM) On-Board Multimedia Processor implements a focussed subset of the DVB-RCS transmission standard. This paper describes the design constraints and system considerations influencing the trades-off, and the ensuing design. Aspects of the ASIC technology chosen for implementation are also addressed, as is the performance in the presence of signal imperfections.
