摘要
Resume Il est essentiel de privilegier une communication efficace des risques pour attenuer les effets de la pandemie actuelle de COVID-19 sur la sante mentale des enfants et de leur famille. La communication efficace des risques consiste a faire preuve d'honnetete tout en demeurant rassurant, a presenter les enjeux de maniere pragmatique et a donner l'exemple d'une communication entre adultes rassurante, mais realiste. Les professionnels de la sante peuvent echanger avec les familles sur les principes a suivre pour donner l'exemple de bonnes habitudes de consommation des medias et ainsi attenuer la mesinformation qui circule dans les reseaux sociaux. En outre, la numeratie et la litteratie en sante doivent etre integrees a une bonne communication des risques.
