摘要：

Dynamic media is gaining a lot of popularity among educators working at different study levels. Some of their contributions can be found in a number of repositories offering an impressive collection of free and commercial video clips. This, however, immediately brings up the question of how to assist students and lecturers in the process of selecting the most appropriate video clip for enhancing a particular study. In this work, we present a model for recommending educational video clips to learners and staffs, based on previous users' voting.
