A dynamo wave in the alpha(2)omega dynamo

摘要：
A generalization of a Parker dynamo is constructed for a solar dynamo wave in the framework of the alpha(2) omega dynamo. A criterion for the applicability of this approximation is obtained. This criterion is shown to be different from the corresponding criterion for disk models of a mean-field dynamo. Asymptotic solutions for the dynamo considered are constructed in the kinematic and nonlinear cases.
