摘要
In this work certain thermal properties of cold sintered silver (Ag) powder were investigated using the photoacoustic method. The photoacoustic spectra as a Junction of modulating frequency of the laser beam for cold sintered Ag were measured. The PA phase measurements are used to obtain the diagram of thermal conductivity vs. the pressing pressure. Pressure variation of thermal conductivity is attributed to the presence of porous structure in the sample.
