摘要
The research adopted the Technological Acceptance Model (TAM) as theoretical foundation to examine students' perceptions regarding Google Drive tools, precisely Google Docs and Sheets and Forms. By considering other variables that enriched the model, the study examined nine hypotheses to determine students' perceptions and behavioural intentions. An online questionnaire was used to collect data from students during the COVID-19 lockdown and the proposed model was tested using. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The interest of this research is also motivated by the undeniable popularity of Google Drive, and aims to assist educational initiatives that stimulate the use of e-learning tools in the post-COVID-19 world.
