Option-game analysis on the investment decision of real estate

Because of the potential problems in traditional theory about the investment decision of real estate, this paper presents on in-depth review of the research on the newly developed framework of the option-game Theory, which is derived from Option Pricing Theory (OPT) and Game Theory. And under the condition of the information incompleteness, the paper applies option-game theory to the investment decision of enterprise in brief. At the last, the paper puts forward option-game idea about the investment and decision of real estate, which explains the math hypothesis of random variables primarily. It offers forceful and theoretical backup about quantity analysis to insure the science and rationality of project investment decision.
