摘要：
This paper does try to figure out to which extent will China's The 12(th) Five-Year Plan help to rationalize its economic structure. This paper first gives a short review of The 11(th) Five-year Plan achievements, then analyzes the obstacles and opportunities of realizing the 12th Five-Year Plan, and finally, comes to the conclusion that China's economic structure will be better rationalized in The 12th Five-Year Plan (2011-2015) Period.
