摘要：
This paper brings forward some new ideas about the channels of and links in mining the information from the public opinion on the Internet, and the mining methods. Apart from these the paper tries to construct a security evaluation index system of public opinion to quantitatively assess the trend of public opinion and provide scientific basis for governmental supervisors in pre-warning and assistant decision. The security evaluation index system also has an important guiding significance in the platform operation of the comprehensive system of public opinion monitoring and pre-warning.
