A fuzzy vehicle-crane scheduling problem in container terminal

摘要
When scheduling vehicles and cranes in container terminal, fuzzy parameters are inevitable. Therefore, a fuzzy programming model was proposed for loading and discharging operation to simulate the real decision-making procedure. It aims to reduce ship transshipment time, empty vehicle travel time and yard-crane travel time. An n-step greedy algorithm was developed to solve the hard model. Numerical experiments show that the model is competent to simulate real decision setting and the algorithm gains preferable results within acceptable CPU time.
