摘要：
This paper reports observed induced absorption in bulk Cd1-xZnxTe compounds in pump and probe experiments. The results are compared to the numerical simulation of a three-level system. The high nonlinearities, attributed to impurity levels in Cd1-xZnxTe, are tunable over a wide spectral region.
