摘要：
Whether china's labor market is coming to the Lewisian Turning Point has aroused heated arguments in the theoretical researchers in china By the analysis of the concept of the turning point and demographical dividend, especially the estimation of the number of the surplus rural labor force, we can draw the conclusion that china' labor market is meeting the turning point. In addition to the above, this paper also puts forward some problems deserving study further.
