摘要
The effect of Si on nanocrystalline metastable P6/mmm SmFe9 alloys was studied. The diffraction domain sizes derived from Rietveld analysis are confirmed by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. The Curie temperature and the mean magnetic moment per Fe atom increase with Si content. T-C is raised around 30 K compared to the equilibrium Sm-2(Fe,Si)(17) alloys. The hyperfine parameter sets were assigned according to the relationship between the Wigner-Seitz cell volume of each iron site and their isomer shift. Si occupies the 3g site. The hyperfine field decreases with silicon content. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
