摘要
The aneurysm has not been found during the primary angiography for the patients with spontaneous subarachnoid haemorrhage sometimes, although it may be diagnosed after repeated angiography. Aneurysms were detected in 40.4% of all repeatedly examined patients in our study. A new method - computerized tomography angiography - was applied. When aneurysm is not found during angiography in the case of perimesencephalic spontaneous subarachnoid haemorrhage, the repeated angiography is not expedient; in the case of aneurysmal spontaneous subarachnoid haemorrhage it is recommended to give priority to computerized tomography angiography.
