Pierina Parise, a librarian/educator with nearly a decade's experience in delivering online classes, using the Internet/Web, gives her impressions of developments in this new teaching venue. She describes approaches needed in converting instruction to an online curriculum program, and reports reactions from both students and instructors. This is a pragmatic look at the realities of managing online classes and calls attention to library support needs.
