摘要：
In these notes for a critical reflection on Emilia-Romagna and Bologna, a brief description of the most recent developments of regions is given taking into account the impact of global business on regional processes. The example which is the basis for this discussion is the region of Bologna - to analyse these developments, several theoretical concepts are used which reflect the wide-spread commitment of different authors to this common cause of concern.
