Separation of phthalideisoquinoline alkaloids and products of their semisynthetic transformation by capillary zone electrophoresis

摘要：
Separation of phthalideisoquinoline alkaloids (-)-alpha-narcotine, (-)-narcotoline together with secoisoquinoline bases narceine, narceine imide as well as their semisynthetic derivatives was studied by capillary zone electrophoresis. Geometric isomers of narceine imide and chiral products of their transformation were separated in the presence of cyclodextrins.
