Knowledge is becoming much more important for individuals and organizations than before. Knowledge management (KM) has been proposed as a methodology that can manage knowledge in organizations aiming at form core competence of enterprise, which is of great benefit to enterprises. But how to fulfill knowledge management is a hard problem for enterprises. In the paper case-based reasoning is proposed as a tool for realization of knowledge management. The inherent links between Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) and knowledge management are analysis and the application of CBR to fulfill knowledge management in enterprises is shown. It has been testified that the Case-Based Reasoning is a very useful methodology to fulfill knowledge management in enterprises.
