Sustainable development and utilization of mineral resources based on "Resources Curse" view - A case of Datian County, Fujian Province

摘要
Based on "resources curse" view, this article selected the data about industrial structure, resource and environment to analyze the present development status of mineral resource in Datian County, Fujian Province. It reveals that the area appears many problems such as environment deterioration, industrial structure singleness and human capital's accumulation insufficiency, which caused by the transmission mechanism of "resources curse". In order to sustain its development, this article puts forward to countermeasures, such as positioning the government's role correctly, regulating and optimizing industrial structure, cultivating human resources.
