摘要
The High-Luminosity LHC will extend the LHC program to the second half of the 2030s with pp collisions at 14 TeV with an integrated luminosity of 3000 fb(-1), and PbPb and pPb collisions with integrated luminosities of 13 and 50 nb(-1), respectively. The CMS Collaboration has developed an extensive physics program that should explore this expected unprecedented set of data. The proposed measurements cover many possible topics: from Higgs properties through searches for new states and from precision Standard Model measurements through various extensions of the Standard Model. The measurements are expected to profit not only from increased luminosity, but also from improved systematic uncertainties and improved detector performance. This article summarizes major directions of the CMS HL-LHC physics program.
