Analysis of the effect and influence mechanism of science and technology innovation to sustainable development

It is commonly acknowledged that science and technology can enhance the ability of sustainable development. The existing researches are mainly the surface understandings about influence mechanism of science and technology to economical development and those about how and in which aspects the influences has not yet been thoroughly understood. Based on the framework of sustainable development ability theory which proposed by Research Group of Sustainable Development from CAS (Chinese Academy of Science), the paper discusses the main affecting factors and influence mechanism of science and technology when supporting live, development, environment, society and intelligence; generalizes 12 affecting factors model, which provide theoretical basements and practical ways for promoting sustainable development.
