摘要
Fuel cells offer the potential of providing clean and efficient energy in a wide variety of applications. This pager presents a methodology for optimizing the fuel conversion efficiency and peak power of a direct-hydrogen proton-exchange-membrane (PEM) automotive fuel cell system over a wide range of power output. It is shown that optimal system operation can provide significant benefits in terms of both increased efficiency (especially in low power operation) and high peak power output from the system.
