摘要
Multiphase synchronous rectifier generator of high supply quality and reliability, as the basic equipment of the power production, has been widely used in marine electric propulsion, the safe operation of synchronous rectifier generator plays a vital role. Study on the fault type of synchronous rectifier generator, diagnosis accurately and maintenance of all kinds of faults has very high practical value. In this paper, we took the stator winding turn to turn short circuits of the multiphase rectifier generator as an example, presented the model and the characteristics of the fault, used the method of expert system combined with fault trees, made the fault diagnosis software based on LabVIEW, processed signals by Fourier decomposition, analyzed the waveform of steady state process of harmonic characteristics, diagnosed fault, and improved the reliability of judgment.
