摘要：
Synthesis of N-1 (3, 5-dimethyl-4-isoxazolyl)-3-(4-aryl-5-thioxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)-propanamides 7 have been accomplished from 4-amino-3,5-dimethylisoxazole 1 in five steps. The structural elucidation of the synthesized compounds has been performed by IR, H-1 NMR and mass spectroscopic data besides elemental analyses.
