摘要：
Condensation of 3-(pyrazin-2'-yl)-4-(N-pyrazin-2"-yl carboxamido)-5-mercapto 1,2,4-triazole (3) with aromatic carboxaldehydes furnished in one step the cyclic products 3(pyrazin-2'-yl)-6-aryl/substituted aryl-5-pyrazinoyl-(6H)-1,2,4-triazolo (3,4-b) (1,3,4) thiadiazolidines (4a(1)-a(14)). The antibacterial, antifungal, antiinflammatory and analgesic activities of some of the compounds have been evaluated.
