摘要
The current research has been realized as an international collaboration within the continuing education course "Preservation Reuse Design" between Politecnico di Milano and IDA "Italian Designers Association" based in Shenzhen, China. The aim of this experience is to define an analysis and intervention methodology regarding the conservation and reuse of historic buildings and rural (so called Urban villages). In recent years, the impressive urban transformations in different geographic and cultural contexts aroused a real interest in the reuse of existing architectures in high developed urban area. The aim of the research is to define a methodological approach where the best practices and paradigms can be outlined in order to be used in different scenarios. Furthermore, it shows how it can be applied on different examples of transformation urgencies, for example in Italy and in Shenzhen.
