摘要：
According to the characteristics of technology innovation capability of electronics information industry, the structure model and index system of evaluation of technology innovation capability of electronics information industry are established. Based on the analysis of evaluation methods and models, a comprehensive evaluation model of technology innovation capability of electronics information industry is discussed, while the corresponding index system of evaluation is presented and the analysis and evaluation process is described. The research results set up a good C, foundation to further evaluate technology innovation capability of electronics information industry.
