Sotos syndrome is a rare overgrowth syndrome with an increased risk of tumorigenesis. To our knowledge we report the first case of astrocytoma in an adult patient with Sotos syndrome and describe the clinical course. (C) 2014 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
