Research on Optimum Selecting Model for New Product Development Projects Based on BSC and FAHP-TOPSIS

摘要
Based on the high correlation between new product development and enterprise strategy, the strategic management tool-balanced scorecard is used to research the selection issue of new product development projects (NPDP). Then, the FAHP-TOPSIS is applied to design the optimum selecting model of NPDP, to conduct the ranking of alternative projects and to provide the scientific reference for the project determination. Finally, Y Company is taken as an example to further verify the effectiveness of evaluation index system and optimum selecting model for NPDP.
