摘要
Based on the study of the non-circular bevel gear drive, combined with the characteristics of non-circular gear and face gear transmission, this paper proposed the orthogonal variable transmission radio face gear drive. Using spatial gear engagement and differential geometry theory, the basic transmission theory and meshing coordinate were proposed. Meanwhile, the parametric equation of tooth surface and the pitch curve were obtained. Furthermore, the gear transmission characteristics were analyzed and the face gear design system was developed. Last, the 3-axis milling theory was proposed to manufacture the entity. Through rolling inspection and building the experiment platform to verify the variable transmission radio characteristics and the design method.
